Terms of Service

By installing, accessing, or using CancelSafe, a merchant agrees to these Terms of Service, the Shopify App Store listing, and any related policies or documentation referenced by the app.

These terms apply to use of the app, related support, and merchant-enabled integrations configured through the app.

CancelSafe is designed to help merchants manage storefront cancellation requests, verification workflows, support-review flows, and connected operational workflows based on merchant settings.

The app does not replace the merchant's responsibility for final business decisions, customer support determinations, refund handling, or legal compliance.

Merchants are responsible for configuring the app appropriately, maintaining accurate store policies, ensuring configured customer messages are accurate, and determining whether OTP, CAPTCHA, Salesforce, Klaviyo, or other integrations are appropriate for their business.

Merchants must not use the app in a way that violates Shopify terms, customer privacy rights, or applicable law.

The app may rely on Shopify platform services and third-party service providers, including hosting, verification, CRM, messaging, logging, or email automation systems. Availability and performance may be affected by those dependencies.

Features, interfaces, workflows, and integrations may be updated, improved, limited, or removed over time as platform requirements, security needs, and product functionality evolve.

We may suspend or limit access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security concerns, legal compliance, platform requirements, or billing-related issues where applicable.

Any pricing, trial availability, billing terms, or paid usage terms are controlled by the Shopify App Store listing, Shopify billing workflow, or a separate written agreement if one exists.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided on an as-available basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CancelSafe is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or data arising from use of the app.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by applicable law.

Merchants may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.CancelSafe may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for legal, contractual, security, or platform-compliance reasons.
